Please take the time to review the following Religious Arbitration Clause carefully. If you do not understand what this means, direct your questions to a staff member or the Minister. You may and are encouraged to consult with anyone who is not a part of the Church to explain this to you in more detail. By marking the box below, you agree to the following statement-


I freely accept & give consent to be bound exclusively by the discipline, faith, internal organization, & ecclesiastical rule, custom, & the law of the Divine Thought religion in all matters relating to the Holy Trinity of Divine Church, in all my dealings of any nature with the Church, & in all my dealings of any nature with any other Holy Trinity of Divine Church or organization which espouses, presents, propagates or practices the Divine Thought religion means that I am forever abandoning, surrendering, waiving, & relinquishing my right to sue, or otherwise seek legal recourse with respect to any dispute, claim or controversy against the Church, all other Holy Trinity of Divine Churches, all other organizations which espouse, present, propagate or practice the Divine Thought religion, & all persons employed by any such entity both in their personal & any official or representational capacities, regardless of the nature of the dispute, claim or controversy. The Church procedure for adjudicating disputes: The member must request arbitration with the Church. The panel will consist of three arbitrators, each a member of the Church. An arbitrator that is qualified shall understand & practice the philosophy & teachings of the Church to the extent that they are all equally qualified to give fair & thoughtful consideration of the events in relation to the disputes & together agree to render a fair & unbiased decision. There is no arbitrating the decision and it will be recognized in the secular courts.
