Join us for a peaceful and uplifting midday gathering at a local beach. This special time together is designed to nourish both heart and spirit in a relaxed, welcoming setting. We’ll begin with a gentle meditation to help us slow down, center ourselves, and reconnect with what matters most. Following that, there will be space for open, meaningful conversation—an opportunity to share, listen, and build deeper connections in a supportive community.

To round out our time together, we’ll enjoy a potluck meal. If you are able, please bring a favorite dish.
